Tents And Canopies Frame Work: Two Inch
anodized aluminum tubing is used on all Tent and Canopy Frames. Two Inch
anodized aluminum tubing provides a much more durable and sturdy tent
and canopy frame that can resists high winds without bending easily.
Most Tents and Canopy Manufacturers and Suppliers typically provide one
inch aluminum poles for 10’ by 10’ and 20’ by 20’ wide tents and
canopies.
Tents And Canopies (Anodized Aluminum) Frame:
There are many advantages in having an aluminum tent or canopy frame it
is light in weight and will never rust. Also all our Aluminum tents and
canopy frames are Anodized to prevent any staining on the inside of the
tent top which is a common occurrence with standard aluminum Tents and
Canopy frames that are not anodized. A black stain is usually present on
the inside of the tent top usually in all areas the tent frame is in
contact with. Trying to remove the stains from inside the tent or canopy
are virtually impossible

canopy fittings are zinc plated to prevent rust and corrosion. All Tents
and Canopy Fittings are also designed to facilitate the installation.

using a laminator to all digitally printed tent and canopy tops,
sidewalls and short skirts. There are two advantages in using an aqueous
protective coating for our tents and canopies with graphics the first
being for additional U.V protection and the second for creating a more
durable and protective barrier against scuffing. PDG is the only tent
and canopy company in the United States, which uses a protective coating
on all digitally printed tents and canopies , sidewalls and short skirts
at no additional cost to the customer. Normally Sign Shops use this type
of method on banners and charge an additional $1 per sq. ft.
